    Founder & CEO
    A pilot, engineer and serial entrepreneur in the tech sector, Troy is co-CEO and director of Invenshure, which specializes in building businesses. He has founded or co-founded 10 companies and holds board and officer positions with Invenshure’s investment funds and portfolio companies.

  • Tim Fortune

    Interim Managing Director
    A pilot and insurance veteran, Tim was most recently chief administrative officer at the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, where he oversaw the AOPA’s insurance agency, aircraft finance company, pilot information center and flight services. His background includes The Hartford Insurance Group, Montgomery Ward Insurance Services and owning and operating an independent insurance agency.

  • Jeff Rhodes

    Chief Underwriter
    A pilot and insurance and underwriting specialist, Jeff has worked at IAT, AIG and other insurers and is a certified pilot with single engine land and instrument ratings and a glider certificate. He has over 20 years of experience in insurance sales and underwriting and has expertise in developing underwriting programs.

  • Dan Torgerson

    Chief Aviation Officer, Insurance Agent
    Dan has a health technology background and is a commercial pilot with single engine instrument and multiengine instrument ratings. A certified flight instructor with instrument privileges (CFII and MEI) and holder of endorsements in high-performance, complex and tailwheel aircraft, Dan still provides flight instruction and is a check instructor at a Part 141 flight school.

    Doug leads platform development and business analytics initiatives for 5X5. His past roles include multiple software development and finance positions and overseeing an $800 million line of business for Northwest Airlines.
